BEST SERVICES FOR YOU
Frequently Asked Questions
1. Is there any obligation to use your services?
NO. There is absolutely no obligation. Some people don't need our help, but a second opinion on their plan or after receiving their complimentary financial plan, often see the great value of our help. Book a no-pressure consultation and see for yourself.
2. What is the process?
It all starts with you contacting us. We will set up a convenient appointment time either in person or remote and show you and your family what we can offer. Then (if you see the value) we gather some information used to do your personalized financial plan. Then we discuss the analysis and find ways to get you on your own Financial Plan.
3. Are you regulated?
Financial services are amongst the most regulated industry in Ontario/Canada. All Associates are required to be licensed and adhere to a strict code of conduct under FSRA (Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario). Learn more about our team and Experior Financial Group.
4. Will this cost me anything?
Our service itself is complimentary. If you see the value in our products we often find plans that can save our clients money and provide same or better benefits. View our full list of financial planning services.
5. What services do you offer?
We offer a wide range of financial planning services including life insurance, mortgage protection, travel insurance, savings plans (RRSPs, TFSAs, insured investments), debt elimination strategies, and estate planning. As a brokerage, we can shop the market to find the best products and rates for your specific needs.
6. What areas do you serve?
We are based in the Kitchener/Waterloo area and proudly serve clients across Ontario. Consultations can be done in person or remotely, so location is never a barrier. Contact us to schedule a meeting that works for you.
7. Why should I choose a brokerage instead of going directly to an insurance company?
As part of Experior Financial Group, we are not tied to any single insurance company. This means we can compare products from multiple providers to find the best coverage and rates for your situation. A single insurance company can only offer you their own products.
8. How often should I review my financial plan?
We recommend reviewing your financial plan at least once a year or whenever you experience a major life change such as marriage, having children, buying a home, or changing jobs. We will go over your plan periodically with you and update it as your needs change.
