Get Paid for What You Build
Your income reflects your effort. Earnings grow as your client base grows. There's no ceiling, and no waiting for a raise.
Learn the Business One Client at a Time
New to the industry? So was everyone on the team once. You'll train alongside Tammy, not out of a binder.
Your Clients Stay Yours
The relationships you build belong to you. You're building your own practice, not filling someone else's.
Become a Financial Associate
Tammy is growing her Financial Superhero team, and she's not looking for a résumé stacked with finance experience. She's looking for people who like people, the kind who can sit down at a kitchen table, listen to a family's story, and genuinely want to help.
The work is real: helping households in Kitchener/Waterloo and across Ontario protect their income, pay down debt, and save for what matters. You can start part-time alongside your current job or jump in with both feet. Either way, Tammy works with new associates personally while they learn the ropes.
- Start part-time or full-time; you set the pace
- No finance background needed; we teach you the business
- We'll point you to the licensing course and help you through it
- A whole market of insurance and investment providers to draw on
- Room to grow into leading a team of your own
Getting Licensed and Learning the Ropes
Advising on life insurance in Ontario requires a provincial license, the LLQP (Life License Qualification Program). Most people join without one. You can study for it online at your own pace, and Tammy will tell you exactly where to sign up and what to expect on the exam.
From there, you learn by doing: sitting in on client meetings, working through real financial plans with planning software, and building your skills next to someone who's been doing this for years.
There's no salary, but there's no ceiling either. Associates earn commissions on the plans they put in place, and those who go on to build teams earn on their team's work as well. Behind it all is Experior Financial Group, the brokerage Tammy works with, which supplies the training, the tools, and access to products from right across the market.
